Availablility of Services:Radiant services are available for domestic and international use and are accessible only through touch tone phones.

Access of Service:All calls may be charged an access charge for domestic and international calls.

Deactivation of Cards:Radiant Phone Cards are non-refundable and will be deactivated 6 months from the date of first use.

Disclaimer of Warrany:Except as otherwise provided in this agreement, Radiant, or Gifts Galore makes no guarantee, warrant or representation, expressed or implied, regarding the condition, merchantability or fitness of communication services offered for any particular use or purpose.

Limitation of Liability:In no event shall Radiant or Gifts Galore be liable for any incidental consequential or indirect damages as a result of this service. The total liability for any loss or damage by purchaser as a result of any action or failure to act on the part of Radiant, whether Radiant knew or should have known that damages might or could be incurred, shall be limited to the cost of the unused portion of the card. Radiant or Gifts Galore shall not be liable for any damages as a result of causes outside its control or not directly attributable to the service.

Notice:Public pay phone operations may require coin payment or dial-around compensation for the use of their equipment. These charges are the responsiblity of the consumer and payphone access charges may be deducted from the balance of the Phone Card when appropriate.

Modifications:Radiant has the right to change or modify these terms and condtions, including but not limited to the prices charged, at any time, with the method of notice determined within Radiant's sole discretion.
